1. Introduction

Welcome to the Zenoryx Method, provided by Zenoryx Method at Heimplatz 1, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our executive balance coaching services, info products, and physical goods. By using our website at zenoryxbest.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Zenoryx Method offers personalized executive balance coaching sessions designed to enhance your professional well-being and performance ("Coaching Services").

3. Info Products

We provide digital materials such as workshops, guides, and recorded lectures ("Info Products") that you can access online.

4. Physical Goods

Our physical goods ("Goods") may include books, journals, and other branded merchandise shipped to your address.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

Clients may cancel or reschedule a coaching session by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees. Sessions cancelled between 48 and 72 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Any session date that has passed or sessions cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable due to limited availability.

Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original booking. Zenoryx Method processes refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5.2 Info Products

Eligible for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact us before the end of the 14-day period. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5.3 Physical Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us for instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the return is due to damage or error on our part. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Modifications to Terms

Zenoryx Method reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
